How can we work together

StoryMasters Leadership Coaching

Through my StoryMasters Leadership Coaching, I integrate leadership identity development with transformational coaching to guide you away from perfectionism and people-pleasing and towards more courage, confidence and authenticity in your leadership and life. This is a six-month experience for leaders who want to understand where they truly want to be, then build the confidence, authority and credibility to get there. 

What’s typically included?

  • Upfront 90-minute discovery deep dive

  • Monthly 50-minute coaching sessions via Zoom (in person available to local client

  • Personalised leadership identity blueprint to capture your essence and style

  • A strengths, personality or emotional intelligence assessment (EQ 360 or additional assessments available as optional add ons)

  • Curated confidence-building and leadership identity development resources

  • Two 20-minute SOS calls (useful for when you need extra support or a debrief when navigating personalities, presentations or team challenges)

  • Post-coaching questionnaire and 15-minute check in call following completion of programme

  • Sponsor input and feedback if required
